Neil BurnardNeil Burnard currently provides his consulting expertise to the Expense Reduction Analysts organization where he acts as the Network Development Head of Continental Europe. Other experience includes sitting as the Managing partner of Envirosave as well as Master Franchise Connections.

Neil has been excelling in the business world since his first job as a Financial Representative at Liberty Life. While there, he quickly rose through the ranks to become a Division Manager.

Neil then emigrated to Australia in 1983 to join Adriatic Life as a Business Development Manager. His deeper insight into the business’s core competencies led him to succeed in his managerial role, eventually earning him the award of Business Development Manager of the year. Upon taking his next role fulfilling the same position at Friends Provident, he was again awarded the leading Business Development Manager honor. This contributed to his promotion to Branch Manager where he was responsible for 27 full time staff and 300 agents. Neil continued to climb the ranks through multiple promotions, progressing through National Management to the position of State Manager.

Neil then served as Director of Corporate Services at Charterbridge, a financial services provider, where he helped the rest of the executive team grow the business to a turnover of AUS-$17 million. Neil spent a decade at Charterbridge, helping nurture its growth and organizing the partial acquisition by Sun Alliance.

Neil Burnard is the holder of a Business Administration Degree from the University of Technology in Sydney with a focus in Insurance and Superannuation Law. His degree, coupled with his knack for business and methodical thought processes has made him an important resource throughout his office and agent network.

Beginning in 2002, Neil began working with Expense Reduction Analysts, an international franchise business where he began as a Director of the Australian division. ERA is the leading cost management consultancy in the world, operating out of 30 countries with over 750 individual consultants. Neil took the helm of Master Franchise Connections who, in partnership with ERA, focuses on potential partners who are looking to bring this successful consultancy into their region or country. Looking towards developing countries, individuals can potentially be the owner of the region or country and have the opportunity to expand with the support of the Expense Reduction Analysts Network. Average project savings for clients are about 20% with with well over 15,000 projects completed.

Master Franchise Connections and its employees have years of experience qualifying and examining potential partners for the right skills, experience, and demeanor who can see ERA succeed and grow. Should a partner be approved and take a stake in the ERA organization, they take ERA’s business model to client businesses looking to save. Consultants split the total savings 50/50, taking 10% of the previously mentioned 20%.
